IT新产品研发团队过程绩效评价研究

随着技术创新与产业升级的进一步发展,企业只有加速产品升级与创新,才能在行业市场中保持持久的竞争力.IT行业作为高科技的领头羊,其产品开发过程受到国内外学者的广泛关注,注重研发团队的过程管理,对于确保研发项目的投入有效性运行具有重要意义.本文在分析国内外对于研发团队绩效管理文献的基础上,重点研究IT研发团队的特征及其团队过程绩效影响因素,分析了集成能力、知识管理和团队沟通协作对团队过程绩效的影响机理,在此基础上构建IT新产品研发团队过程绩效评价模型,并基于粗糙集和TOPSIS对ZW公司进行案例分析,利用粗糙集不可分辨关系删除评价体系中的冗余指标,确定指标权重,并将TOPSIS用于该公司研发团队过程绩效评价排序中,得出相应结论.

Study the on Process Performance Evaluation of IT R&D Team

With the further development of technology innovation and industry upgrading.Enterprises in the industry who want to maintain their competitiveness must accelerate upgrading and innovation.The IT industry as the leader of high-tech,the product development process caused widespread attention of domestic and international scholars.They pay attention to study on team process performance management,to ensure that the investment of R&D project operation effectiveness.This paper based on the analysis of literature about foreign and domestic research of R&D team performance,focusing on the characteristics of IT new product R&D team and influence factors of its performance.Analyze the influence mechanism to process performance such as the integrated ability,knowledge management and team communication and cooperation.Then formed a process performance evaluation model of IT new product R&D team.Use ZW as sample analysis,utilize rough set and indiscernibility relation to delete redundancy index and take order by TOPSIS.
