中国强企之路始于科学管理

泰罗的科学管理理论诞生至今将近100周年,衍生出了十分庞大的现代管理理论体系,现代管理理论在当今的企业实践中起着非常重大的指导作用,对增强企业的竞争力产生了重要作用。中国企业经营者也热衷于跟随国外的潮流,纷纷学习和模仿他们的做法,盲目运用现代管理理论来管理自己的企业。许多中国企业乐于谈论管理艺术而忽视科学管理,乐于讨论现代管理理论而忽视标准化、规范化的基础工作,认为泰罗的科学管理理论已经过时,结果使得不少中国企业出现了管理的先天不足,经营绩效低下,缺乏竞争力。本文澄清了人们对《科学管理原理》中的一些错误认识,分析了中国企业喜欢跟风的原因及其产生的后果,从而唤醒管理者,并指出强企必须始于科学管理,没有其他捷径可走。文章最后提出中国企业应该从五个方面学习科学管理,认真补上这一课,方可做大做强。

Road of the Chinese Strong Business Begins in the Scientific Management

Taylor＇s scientific management theory has been appeared 100 years ago. and many modern management theory were derived from Taylor＇s scientific management theory. Modern management theorys play a very important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Chinese enterprises are also keen to follow the trends abroad,have to learn and emulate their practices,and apply the modern management theory to manage their own businesses in blind. Many Chinese companies willing to talk about art of management neglect of scientific management,happy to discuss the modern management theory and neglect the standardization of the basic work that Taylor＇s Scientific Management theory has become obsolete with the result that many Chinese enterprises and their management deficiencies,performance low,lack of competitiveness. This article has clarified the people to ＂Scientific management Principle＂ some wrong understanding,why the Chinese Enterprise to like the consequence which and produced with the wind reason,awakened the superintendent strong business to begin in the scientific management,other shortcuts have not been possible to walk. The article proposed finally the Chinese Enterprise should study the scientific management from five aspects,makes up this class earnestly,only then does strongly greatly.
