城市生态旅游发展策略研究——以台南市为例

生态城市是当前城市发展的重要方向。生态城市的实现,需要生态、环境、经济与社会层面共同提升,通过开展城市生态旅游,使区域特色产业、文化与自然资源得到更有效的利用,城市内部生态环境得以保护,从而展现城市人文风貌,体现生态城市建设理念。本文基于对生态旅游与城市的认识,分别从空间关系、供给面与需求面探讨城市生态旅游发展应考虑的因素,并选择台南市为研究区,基于区位、资源特色将其分为自然生态旅游与文化生态旅游,并进一步探讨其发展策略。其中,文化生态旅游是在城市中心区历史文化古迹的基础上,结合开放空间与旅游路线的绿化、美化,在保护文化古迹的同时,营造舒适的旅游环境;自然生态旅游则重点利用当地盐田、渔塭、湿地及红树林等自然与半自然资源,以保护及保育为前提对资源进行适度开发,在提升资源经济价值的同时,强化城市居民环境保护意识。
