| 摘 要： | 本文在中国银行业转型和开放的双重背景下，选取四大国有银行与十家股份制银行作为研究对象，采用1994～2002年的面板数据，实证探究中国银行业的绩效生态以及国有银行与股份制银行绩效差异的决定机制，从比较中寻找差距，探讨国有银行的改革之路。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we take four state-owned banks and ten joint-equity banks in China as the comparative objectives, under the background of market reform and gradually opening to the world. Using a panel data to make analysis, we focus on the comparison of the performance disparity between the two kinds of the banks, in order to depict the ecological performance of banking industry and find the determinants of the difference, and then we discuss the way how to reform state-owned banks efficiently to get it better. |
