| 摘 要： | 本文结合江苏省开展的生态环境质量评价工作，对区域生态环境的建设与整治以及发展生态经济的现实途径等进行了探讨。对文中提出的层次决策模型揭示了进行区域生态环境建设与整治、发展区域生态经济所涉及的各种因素的优先级顺序，从而可以为政府部门的决策与行动提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the eco-environmental quality evaluation in Jiangsu province, this article discusses the regionally eco-ecvironmental constrution and improvement and the realistic approaches to develop ecological economy. The hierarchy process modes advanced in the article delineate the the priority order of relative factors, which offer a beneficial reference for the local government's decisions and actions. |
