| 摘 要： | 文章在分析国内外生态住宅环境评价的基础上,提出基于Internet平台的城市绿色生态住宅小区评价系统的构建方案。系统根据生态住宅小区评价的业务流程,设置对外信息发布子系统、住宅小区环境评价业务管理子系统、参评项目电子文件制作子系统三个模块。系统可实现远程客户端参评资料上传或在线填写;评审专家远程登录系统,对已建成或规划中的住宅小区总体环境进行定性与定量化的评价;系统克服了传统单机评价系统的时间以及空间的限制,有效地提高了工作效率。
