云南生态环境评价

在西部大开发中，云南省已全面启动生态环境建设工程，对云南生态环境现状作出科学评价尤显急迫而重要。我们以1999年为基期，县级行政区划为评价单元，按主导因子，区域差异，统筹兼顾和可操作性为指标选择原则，以云南生态环境面临的主要问题、自然生态环境的主导体和技术上的可行性为指标选择依据，选择森林覆盖率、土均水资源量、坡旱地比重、未利用地的比重、土壤侵蚀率、人口密度6个指标，用模糊数学的方法对云南生态环境现状进行评价，得出124个县的评价等级。其中生态环境质量优的26个县，良的35个县，中的34个县，差的23个县，劣的6个县。

A fuzzy Comprehensive Apprisal of Ecological Environment Status Quo in Yunnan Province

The construction project of ecological environment has been started in an all-round way in YunnanProvince during the exploitation of West China. It is, therefore, very urgent and important that theecological environment status quo of Yunnan be scientifically appraised. According to the principles ofleading factors, regional difference, unified planning and operational feasibility by choosing 1999 as a baseperiod and the administrative areas of all the counties in Yunnan as an assessment unit, 6 indexes includingthe rate of forest coverage, amount of water resources of average soil area, proportion of slope-dry land,rate of soil erosion and density of population were chosen, the ecological environment status quo of YunnanProvince was appraised, and the appraisal grades of 124 counties was reached by means of fuzzy mathematics.The basis of selecting the above indexes included the major problems of ecological environment, thedomination of natural environment and the feasibility of technology in Yunnan. As far as the ecologicalenvironment quality in all the 124 counties was concerned, 26 ones were excellent, 35 ones were better, 34ones were good, 23 ones were bad and 6 ones were worse.
