| 摘 要： | 以层次分析法(AHP法)为工具,按照经济发展、污染控制、物质减量与循环和管理潜力四类,建立企业准入评价体系,并且通过计算各层指标的权重和企业准入指标值,最终确定企业的准入条件;同时,综合考虑基础设施、环境和资源方面的条件,构建产业区优选指标体系,依照产业区与主导产业对应关系,得出滨海新区各产业区的得分排序,以此为滨海新区管理者提供重要的参考依据,确保企业能够落户到最适宜的产业区。

| Abstract: | Based on the AHP method, according to the four categories of economic development, pollution control, material reduction and recycling and management potential, the evaluation system of enterprise admittance is set up. After calculating the indictor weight of each level and indictor value of enterprise admittance, the admittance condition is finally determined. Meanwhile, considering the infrastructure, environment and resource indictors, the optimization indicator system for industrial districts is built. ... |
