| 摘 要： | 本文按照生态经济学原理提出了城市居住用地评价的指标体系和运用复合模型，并以此对浙江义乌市的城市居住用地进行了生态经济评价。评价结果可满意地应用于缺乏市场交易样本区的地价评估，对居住用地规划布局也有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | According to the eco - economical theory, urban inhabited land eco - economical evaluation index system and the complex mathematical model are put forward and applied to urban inhabited land eco- economical evaluation in Yiwu city, Zhejiang province. The evaluation results have been successfully applied to appraisal of inhabited land price in the regions for lack of marketable samples, and is of significance in urban inhabited land planning and disposition. |
