| 摘 要： | 在全球气候变暖的大背景下,发展低碳经济,限制温室气体排放已逐渐成为全球共识。新疆进入了新的历史发展时期,转变经济发展方式,发展低碳经济,是新疆实现跨越式发展和长治久安的现实选择,也是确保新疆经济社会可持续发展的重要途径。文章采用态势分析方法,通过对新疆发展低碳经济的优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析,积极探索新疆经济社会可持续发展道路。

| Abstract: | On the background of global warming,developing low-carbon economy and limiting greenhouse gas emissions gradually builds up common understanding in the world.Transforming the mode of economic development and developing low-carbon economy is the realistic choice to ensure the development by leaps and bounds in Xinjiang,and also the important means of achieving the economic and social sustainable development during a new period of historical development in Xinjiang.This paper actively explores the economic and social sustainable development of Xinjiang by applying SWOT method. |
