| 摘 要： | 近年来,生态系统服务和生态服务具有价值的观念已经被人类社会广泛接受.但生态服务的"价值"要像第三产业一样获得经济上的实现,以支撑生态一经济可持续的良性循环却困难重重.本文分析了经济要素缺失情境下生态建设不可持续的生态一经济退化危机以及生态环境质量要素所具有的资本属性,由此提出了生态资本概念.
