基于灰色关联分析的江苏省海绵城市建设影响因素分析

海绵城市建设受多种因素的综合影响,界定了四大内源性影响因素:经济实力、水资源、水生态、基础设施,四大外源性影响因素:国家政策、科技水平、管理体制、国际经验,建立海绵城市建设影响因素指标体系(包括8个维度37个指标),构建灰色关联分析模型,并以江苏省为实证研究对象,测算海绵城市建设与影响因素之间的关联度,研究结果表明:8个一级影响因素与海绵城市建设的关联度大小排序为:水资源>基础设施>经济实力>水生态>科技水平>国家政策>管理体制>国际经验,进而明确江苏省海绵城市建设过程的重点,并从总体上提出推进江苏省海绵城市建设进程的对策和建议。

An Analysis of Factors Influencing Sponge City Construction in Jiangsu Province Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

Sponge City Construction is affected by a combination of factors.The four major internal factors:economic strength,water resources,water ecology,and infrastructure;and the four major external factors:national policy,technological level,management system,and international experience are defined.An index system of influence factors for Sponge City Construction is established(including 37 indicators in 8 dimensions).A Grey Correlation Analysis model is Constructed,and Jiangsu Province is taken as an empirical research object to measure the correlation between Sponge City Construction and influencing factors.The research results show that the ranking of the eight major influencing factors and Sponge City Construction is as follows:water resources>infrastructure>economic strength>water ecology>technology level>national policy>management system>international experience.Further the focus of Sponge City Construction process in Jiangsu Province is clarified.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote Sponge City Construction in Jiangsu Province.
