| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了企业社会责任理论的发展概况,不同的学者从不同的角度剖析企业社会责任这一概念,解释了企业公民和企业社会责任之间的联系。从利益相关者的角度进一步分析了企业社会责任的不同类型和内容,说明企业履行社会责任具有一定的层次性,对企业社会责任的概念重新进行了定义。
