水资源安全现状及21世纪水资源安全评价

本文以河北省水资源为例,从水资源供给、需求、利用效率等方面对水资源安全进行了评价。通过对河北省水资源现状的全方位调查,对21世纪水资源安全问题的不同角度分析,本文进一步对水资源承载力及水价格进行了计算。最终得出结论:河北省水资源在21世纪前20年是不安全的,水资源供给能力持续下降,供需缺口在2020年前逐渐加大;其人口发展规模、经济发展规模严重超出本省水资源承载能力。

the Safe Current Situation of Water Resource and Its Appraise in the 21st Century

This text taking water resource of Hebei as an example to explain the safe problem of water resource from such respects as water resource supply,demand,utilization efficiency,etc.It analyses the influence,which brings to the water resource safety because of industrial division of labor,excessively ultra picking,the foreign capitals entering and water resources consumption and so on.Through calculating the water resource supporting capacity and price of water,this text appraises the water resource safety of Hebei in the 21st century,and proposes the corresponding measures.
