| 摘 要： | 本文以区域发展梯度规律为主线，以生态环境为主要限制因子，论述了区域可持续发展是公平、效率和环境统一体。区域可持续发展是非均衡增长与协调发展的时空和谐，严格保护限制环境，揭示区域发展共有的特性与规律，探索实现区域互补、协调发展、共同繁荣。

| Abstract: | It is urgent to reduce the distance between the deeloped region and under developed region to achieve the coordntiaed development and to make the regional economy follow benign circulating way which can be properly balanced and promotive each other as soon as possible This article,taking the gradient rules of regional development as main thread and ecological environment as main restrict factor,explores the non-balanced growth and coordianted development,and the economic development in Eastern,Central and Western ChinaIt isn't involved in the strategy of regional economic development and selection of leading industries and other problems |
