| 摘 要： | 贫困是经济、社会、生态均有待提高的综合体，如果只注重单一方面的脱贫，忽视其它两个方面，扶贫的效益仍然是不经济的，还会损害子孙后代的福利，是不可持续的，极易返贫，反贫困必须从经济、社会、生态三方面进行综合治理，才能脱贫致富，走上可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Poverty is the synthesis that economy society and ecology are all needed improved.If we lay emphasis on one factor while ignore the other two,we will get uneconomical benefit and even endanger our offspring's welfare. It is not sustainable and easy back to poverty. Therefore, to fight poverty, we must make compound harness from economy society and ecology. Only in this way, can we enter the sustainable developing road. |
