| 摘 要： | 鄱阳湖生态经济区对于生态环境的保护和恢复不仅将为长江下游东部发达省份提供经济发展和人民生活所必需的水资源的涵养,还将使东部地区免遭自然灾害、疾病传播带来的巨大损失。但在具体实践过程中,地区市场分割状态严重阻碍区域间经济合作。通过对欠发达地区的江西省与长江下游发达地区间无限重复的合作博弈分析,结果表明,鄱阳湖生态经济区除提供生态环境保护和恢复的服务外,作为承接东部生态补偿的补偿,江西可以用提供生态农产品和生态旅游服务等与东部加强合作。让东部地区既能分享短期的直接利益,又能以长远眼光注重长期的、整体的、国家的利益,积极主动参与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设。
