| 摘 要： | 文章在分析耕地生态经济系统运行的波动性、结构的复杂性、“体质”的脆弱性、调控的滞后性四个特征的基础上，认为开展耕地生态经济系统的动态监测可以使得耕地管理由静态、被动状态走向动态，实现耕地生态经济系统调控的超前性，切实有效地保护耕地。在此基础上，阐述耕地生态经济预警系统所包含的警义、警源、警兆、警度四个方面的基本内容，并提出构建我国耕地生态经济预警系统的基本思路及方法。
