| 摘 要： | 生态文明与物质文明、精神文明、政治文明是一脉相承的.物质文明、精神文明、政治文明为实现生态文明提供了基础条件.生态文明反过来又可以对前三个文明产生有力的促进作用。十七大报告首次写入"建设生态文明",将有助于我们确立更加科学、完整的文明发展理念.推动构建一个资源节约、环境友好、发展更加均衡、权力受到监督与制约、公民权利更有保障的和谐社会。
