建筑节能市场交易定价模型研究

目前针对建筑节能实施的问题，各地提出了许多激励政策，如上海市拟建立的以市场交易为核心的建筑节能新机制主张将政策与市场结合推动建筑节能，但建筑节能产品市场交易的量化研究还较为缺乏。本文基于以市场交易为核心的建筑节能信用银行理论，运用制度经济学方法，解决了识别建筑节能交易市场定价的盲区问题，为建筑节能政策的制订提供了理论参考。

Research on Decision Model of Construction Energy Conservation in Market

At present, many policies have been proposed to impel the implementation of construction energy conservation. The new mechanism Shanghai planed to establish in energy conservation took ＂the market transaction＂ as the core and advocated impelling the construction energy conservation by both policy and the market ways. But there is still no research on quantification of transaction price for the energy conservation produce in construction market. Based on the theory of credit bank for construction energy conservation, with the core ＂the market transaction＂, this paper solved the problem of transaction price in construction energy conservation market by using system method of economics, which should be a reference for the construction energy conservation policy.
