| 摘 要： | 本文旨在探索一条农村剩余劳动力转移新路径利用外债转贷款扶持农民工融入城市。为实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移，作者从外汇管理角度对转贷款项目设置、方式选择、管理方法提出了针对性较强的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Support the entry of peasant-workers into cities by making use of entrusting loan in foreign exchange.The article searches for a way out for the transfer of the rural surplus labor.In order to realize the effective transfer of the rural surplus labor,the author brings out a fit-for-purpose suggestion on setup,pattern selection and management methods of entrusting loan item from the viewpoint of foreign exchange management. |
