| 摘 要： | 饭店业在突飞猛进的发展过程中暴露了一些问题，限制了饭店业的可持续发展。它在饭店实施绿色管理有着重要意义，具体可以从健全管理体制、培育绿色文化、进行绿色生产、提供绿色服务、开展绿色营销、争取绿色认证等六个方面做好工作。
