| 摘 要： | 国内大型公共建筑节能工作发展缓慢的原因在于缺乏与之相适应的激励机制。对大型公共建筑节能激励机制构建进行了研究,对激励机制进行了初步设计,最后提出了推进大型公共建筑节能工作的几点建议。
