农户土地转出意愿影响因素分析——以浙江省农业园为例

为探寻土地流转的新模式,从农户的基本特征、农户对农业园区建设预期评价、农户土地转让的条件与顾虑三个层面分析浙江农业园建设背景下农户土地转出意愿及各影响因素的影响程度。研究发现,影响较大的因素有承包经营权调整的心理预期、农业园建成后产量及农村社会风气预期、非农收入、担心失去土地等;影响大的因素包括户主年龄、园区讲信用、担心失去来源、政策不稳定等。在此基础上,提出要保护农民的土地使用权,切实保护农民的利益,同时加大农业园建设的宣传,增加农民对农业园的认识等政策建议。

Impact Factors on the Willingness to Transfer Farmland of Rural Households: Taking Zhejiang Province Agriculture Park as an Example

The purpose of this paper is to explore to the impact factors of the willingness to transfer farmland of rural households in the background of Zhejiang Province Agriculture Park construction from basic character,conditions and concerns of household.The results indicate that factors making more influence including: expectation to be adjusted of the contracted management of rural household land,non-agricultural income,worrying about losing land and so on;the factors of make a big difference include the head of household age,good credit of agricultural park,worrying about losing income,instability of policy.It is concluded that protecting the interests of farmers,and increasing the construction of the agriculture park propaganda,and improving the cognitive level of agriculture will play a positive role in transferring farmland of rural households.
