绿色种植业经济发展系统评价指标体系研究

世界农业的发展出现了许多问题，石油农业遇到了不可克服的弊端。适合于我国的替代农业——绿色农业自提出后落实不够，以十七大“加强能源和生态环境保护，增强可持续发展能力”为目标，绿色农业的发展要使经济效益、生态效益、社会效益达到协调统一，但目前还没有与此相适应的绿色种植业经济发展系统的评价指标体系。基于此，本文对绿色种植业经济发展系统评价指标体系进行研究，并对吉林省绿色种植业经济发展系统进行测度与评价。

Research on Evaluating the Target System of Green Agriculture Economic Development

There is a multitude of problems in developing the world＇s agriculture, for example, petro - agriculture has the insurmountable disadvantage. Green agriculture which is suitable for the developing countries has not been fully carried out. The Seventeenth Congress of the CPC brought forward green agriculture aiming at ＂strengthening the energy and ecological environ- ment protection and enhance capacity for sustainable development＂. The development of green agriculture should combine economic benefits, ecological effects and social returns together. By far, there＇s no estimation target system on agriculture development which is suitable for green planting. Based on this, this text does research on evaluating the green agriculture economic development target system. It also gives estimation and evaluation on green agricultural economy development system in Jinlin Province.
