工程机械企业逆向物流管理探讨

本文通过企业实地调研和访问，对一些工程机械企业的逆向物流管理情况进行了深入的研究，对当前存在的问题进行了深入的分析，并在此基础上提出了对策，发现不同的工程机械企业在逆向物流管理上存在很多类似的情况，如缺乏认识、信息系统落后、处理方式简单等。本文认为提高工程机械企业逆向物流管理水平必须从企业和政府两方面同时着手，应重点发展第三方逆向物流和再制造。

Study on Reverse Logistics of Construction Machinery

This paper studied the management of reverse logistics, analyzed some problems in reverse logistics implementation and proposed some solutions based on a series of survey and research in many construction machinery enterprises. It is pointed that many similar situations had existed in different construction machinery enterprises, such as： lack of awareness, information systems, simple processing and so on. The results indicate that people should take some measures from business and government two aspects, and should develop the third-party reverse logistics and re-manufacturing in construction machinery industry.
