| 摘 要： | 作为一种强调物质在系统中运动和变化方式的经济发展模式,循环经济具有浓厚的自然科学色彩,其运行与发展必然要受社会规律和自然规律的双重制约.本文从质量守恒定律和热力学第二定律出发,根据系统与耗散结构理论,论证了循环经济的基本矛盾,以及发展循环经济必须要遵守的负熵盈利原则,并得出了几点结论.

| Abstract: | As an economical development pattern, the recycling economy emphasizes the movement of material in the economical developing system. The recycling economy has the strong natural science color, and it must receive the dual restriction from the social rule and the natural law. Based on the principles of the mass conservation and the second law of thermodynamics, this paper proposes the basic contradiction and the negentrop profit principle of the recycling economy and has drawn some conclusions. |
