| Abstract: | Eco-civilization is a new kind of civilization in the 21st century. Eco-civilization is the highest form of civilization for mankind up to now. The concept of eco-civilization is introduced in this paper. It is pointed that constructing eco-civilization in China is imperative. A series of countermeasures to construct eco-civilization are presented at last. |
