| 摘 要： | 本文以南京市固体废弃物循环利用规划为例,把建设循环型社会系统作为目标,从现状分析入手,确立了南京市固体废弃物循环利用规划的阶段目标,提出了固体废弃物循环利用的重点任务和对策,并给出了规划实施的重点工程。
