| 摘 要： | 城市的发展是必需的,但耕地数量是有限的,而且我国耕地总量和人均量持续下降,如何协调好经济发展与耕地保护的关系,保证粮食安全,是我国面临的重大课题。本文分析了大都市发展中耕地保护问题,并以北京市大兴区为例,探讨了耕地保护的必要性和重要性,提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | City need development, cultivated land is limited, and the number of gross and per person of cultivated land is continuance of declining. How to coordinate both economic development and protection of resources of cultivated land, ensure grain security is a great subject in front of us. The article analyzed the problem of protection of resources of cultivated land in metropolis, and taken Daxing district of Beijing for example, has probed into the necessity and importance of cultivated land protection, and has put forward cultivated land protection way with economic development. |
