国外世界遗产保护与旅游管理方法的启示 --以澳大利亚大堡礁为例

澳大利亚采取保护和利用并重的战略,很好地保护和开发了世界遗产—大堡礁。虽然我国与澳大利亚在遗产管理体制上有所不同,但他们的遗产保护和旅游管理方法值得我们借鉴。通过研究大堡礁世界遗产保护和旅游管理的成功经验,给予我们的启示有:建立包括综合法、专项法和分支法在内的完善的、可操作的法律法规体系,建立利益相关者参与管理的“合作管理”平台和机制,用严密完整的管理计划提高管理的有效性,采取有效措施引导旅游者行为。

Enlightenment on Overseas Approaches of World Heritage Conservation and Tourism Management --The Case of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia
