| 摘 要： | 文章建立了新农村建设达标程度评价指标体系.新农村建设达标程度采用未确知综合评价模型,在底层评价基础上再进行顶层评价.底层评价使用区分权重,顶层评价使用专家权重.以江苏为例进行实证分析,以反映新农村建设的实际情况.

| Abstract: | The indexes system of new countryside building is set up.The unascertained comprehensive evaluation on new countryside building rationalization,the tip layer evaluation based on the evaluation of under stratum.The evaluation of under stratum uses division weight,expert weight is used in the tip layer evaluation.Jiangsu is positive analyzed,that truly reflects the fact of new countryside building. |
