摘    要:将资源环境价值体现在经济核算中,建立绿色国民经济核算体系,全面考虑资源环境与社会经济发展之间的相互作用和相互影响,已成为世界性的热点议题。本文根据物质平衡原理和系统整体性、相关性理论,针对区域社会经济环境复合系统的特点,提出了系统动力学—投入产出分析整合方法,用于研究区域发展协调性,将环境成本和资源价值纳入区域投入产出分析中,为构建区域绿色经济核算体系准备了方法。

Abstract:It has become the worldwide range hot issue to embody resources value and environmental cost in the economic accounting and establish the Green National Economy Calculation System.The comprehensive consideration of mutual function and mutual influence amongst resources,environment,society and economy are foundational work for embodying resources value and environment cost in input-output analysis,and this is the basis for establishing the Green National Economy Calculation System.This paper analyzed the characters of regional economic and social development,and then put forward a suitable method,which bridged with input-output analysis and viewed in material balance and based on system theory,to research coordinate grade of regional development.This method realized embodying resources value and environmental cost in regional accounting,and prepared foundation for the regional green economic accounting system.
