| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本分担制度的实施推动了高等教育的发展,提高了办学效率,但是高昂的收费标准产生的成本负担加剧了弱势群体在教育利益分配中的不利格局。文章依据高等教育成本分担的有关理论,采用个案调查、比较分析等方法,对如何有效保障与实现在高等教育成分分担制度下的弱势群体高等教育的权益进行分析,并提出对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The higher education cost share system promotes higher education′s development,enhancing the college efficiency,however,the cost burden that caused by high charge standard is disadvantageous for the weak-group community.This article rests on the higher education cost share theory,use investigation;comparative analysis methods to discuss how to ensure and realize the weak-group community′s rights under the higher education cost share system effectively,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for it. |
