| 摘 要： | 农业产业化要求全面认识并切实推进乡镇职能转变,牢固树立科学的服务意识,基于发展真正持久地减轻农民负担,厘清乡镇与村之间的关系,探索农村思想政治工作理论新机制,建立农村内部矛盾预警体系,培育和发挥市场主体的示范带动作用,积极推进大学生村官计划。

| Abstract: | The agricultural industrial production request villages and towns carries on the following reform：gives prominence to service function,transforms service mechanism,strengthens service benefit,discriminates relations between itself and service object,explores the new mechanism of countryside thought political work theory,establishes the early warning system of countryside internal contradictions,cultivates and displays the demonstration and impetus function of market main body,advances the plan of university student village official positively. |
