| 摘 要： | 生态经济是人类在付出了巨大代价后确立的一种新经济样式。“红三角”作为欠发达地区，其经济跨越式发展必须充分利用本区域内的生态优势参与到“珠三角”乃至东南亚经济的产业分工当中，运用生态理念改造本区域内传统的资源型产业，构建出生态经济强区，最终实现本区域的跨越式发展。
