| Abstract: | Through the key use of evolutionary stable strategy of the evolutionary game method, we do some research in our existing large public building energy-saving works which have been currently carried out. Through analyzing we have reached a problem solution that between the government and the owners in the energy-saving work in the evolutionary game. |
