| 摘 要： | 农业是弱质产业,比较效益低下,投资巨大,市场存在供应不足的缺陷,这些“准公共产品”属性决定了政府必须介入农业领域进行财政支持。本文针对目前我国农业财政支持的现状进行了探讨,从国际比较的视角对农业财政支持总量不足、支持结构不合理、支持效率低下等问题的产生进行了宏观层面上的分析,并提出了相应的建议和改革措施。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is a weak industry with the shortages of low efficiency,big investment,and insufficient market supply.The attributes of these quasi-public goods decide that the government must involve in financial support to agriculture.Aimed at the status quo of agriculturally financial support in China,and from the visual angle of international comparison,the problems about insufficient gross of agriculturally financial support,irrationality of supportive structure and low supportive efficiency are analyzed.In addition,the relative suggestions and reform measures are proposed. |
