| 摘 要： | 我国碳排放主要来源于工业生产,控制工业碳排放成为建设低碳经济的关键。首先依据化石能源的消耗量统计各工业行业及分类部门(采掘业、重工业、轻工业、深加工业、电力热力生产业)2008年的碳排放量、总体及各个部门碳排放量和碳强度1990～2008年发展趋势。然后通过灰色相关度研究碳排放量和产业增长之间的关系。研究发现碳排放量基本呈增长趋势,尤其是2002～2006年速度较快,碳强度由于技术进步和能效提高逐年下降,重工业和采掘业碳排放量同产值的相关关系强于其他。最后对建设低碳经济、转变经济发展方式提出针对性建议。
