| 摘 要： | 全球气候变化已成为举世瞩目的环境问题,低碳经济是缓解气候变化的有效途径,林业发展是践行低碳经济的一条捷径。城市森林旅游业以城市森林公园为基础,具有发展潜力大、可操作性强、影响范围广等优点,有望成为未来低碳林业的支柱产业。城市森林公园在传统发展过程中面临法律、管理和经营方面的问题。基于低碳发展的新视角和新要求,应该制订城市森林旅游低碳发展标准体系,以人才需求为导向、提高联合管理效率,加强产品、服务、运营的低碳创新,做好森林资源保护与开发的基础工作,促进新时期的林业可持续发展和经济社会的低碳转型。
