| 摘 要： | 从循环经济的本质、内涵和发展要求来看,发展生态产业是建设生态文明和推动循环经济发展的主要途径.因此,建设生态工业园、大力发展生态产业是我国推动生态产业与循环经济互动发展的现实选择.建设生态工业园,需要政府发挥引导、服务及增加制度供给等方面的作用,以推动现有工业园区的改造和整合.
