It is a integer management fashion that centers the people - oriented management, mobilizes the stuffs'enthusiasm sufficiently, organizes them and aims at enhancing the economy and society benefits. It should takes the human beings as the basic object, takes the value as the core, takes the culture as the induct, takes the bylaw as the guarantee and extrudes the brilliant individuality. |
