| 摘 要： | 中国目前正处在全面建设小康社会的新时期。小康社会的特点是物质消费的比重下降,文化消费的比重上升,物质文明、精神文明建设高度发达。文化消费不但对经济有强有力的拉动作用,而且可以提高人民的素质。要全面建设小康社会,对文化消费必须更加重视。

| Abstract: | We are in a new stage to build a well - off society in full scale. Its characteristics are a declining proportion of material consumption and an upsurge proportion of culture consumption, what's more, the establishment of an intellectual civilization and material civilization is quite advanced. Culture consumption not only can pull the development of economy, but also raise our quality, therefore, we must pay enough attention to culture consumption. |
