| 摘 要： | 学年制收费仍是目前高校收费管理的主要方式,由于学分制收费的相关配套措施不完善,学分收费标准确定与实际的教学成本不相符,学分收费的标准不同制约了学生跨校选课。应实行弹性学制或主副修制,完善学分制收费管理办法,利用先进的电子网络技术完善学分制收费管理。

| Abstract: | The management of charge to the credit system in university is a new model of teaching management and makes some influences to the management of charge when actualizing. There are some problems in experimental units in recent years, and need to continue deepening and perfections. How to establish a fair and reasonable charge system, use advanced charge methods and fulfill relevant complete set is the key link. |
