| 摘 要： | 中国高新技术产业园区经过十几年的快速发展已初具规模,对经济的发展及带动起到了明显的作用。中国高新区在不断提升自身实力的同时,也明显地暴露出一些亟待解决的问题,如高新区缺乏产业特色和区域分工、没有形成产业优势等,迫切需要我们对高新区的发展模式、服务体系、招商观念和管理体制等进行创新,以适应其生存与发展需要。

| Abstract: | This article has explored and deeply considered on the new-creations and developments of high-tech industrial park in China,provided some park new-creating idea of development model,entering system,service system and management system,based on the analysis and study on development situation and current problem of our high-tech industrial park,and considering the request of improving the ability of technique original creating and the aim of building new-creating country and developing circular economy. |
