| Abstract: | Our enterprises are undergoing a great revolution now. Many enterprises feel that they are beset with difficulties. The lack of executive ability of the enterprises themselves is also an important factor as well as the external factors. Because only obtaining the executive ability, enterprises can turn their strategy to facts, make the enterprise culture merge to the values of every staff, adapt to the continual variation of market and further develop and grow in strength. |
