摘    要:投机性购房是一种具有负外部性的经济行为,不仅浪费了社会资源,而且不利于经济的健康发展。因此,应实行实名制、征收物业税、加大保障性住房等措施,抑制投机性购房。

Abstract:The speculative house purchase has negative externality,which can waste social resources and hamper the healthy development of economic in our country.So we should carry out many countermeasures to restrain the speculative house purchase,such as implement the real name system,levy the property tax,increase the indemnificatory house,etc.
