| 摘 要： | 目前，国际上针对玩具产品出口的技术壁垒及环保、安全方面的限制越来越多，2007年的“召回事件”预示着某些技术标准已经成为“中国制造”玩具出口的瓶颈。针对当前国际贸易中有关玩具产品的技术标准，中国应进一步了解国际标准体系，增强环保和安全意识，提高技术水平、创新能力和企业整体素质，利用规则规避壁垒，进一步促进中国玩具业的发展。

| Abstract: | At present,the international nations fix the technology barrier and environmental protection that the product exports specifically for the toy,safe aspect restriction is more and more.In 2007,"recalling the event " has already show some technical norms become the bottleneck of the toy "made in China " exporting.Aimed at present technical standard of toy products,we should know more about the international standard system,increase the awareness of enviornment protection and safe,improve technology level,innovation capability and enterprise's quality,utilize the rules evading barriers and promote the development of China's toy industry. |
