| 摘 要： | 作为"朝阳性产业"的旅游业,能否保持持续、稳定的增长与政府的指导和支持密切相关.改革开放以后,旅游业发展经历了三个阶段,每个阶段旅游产业政策的绩效各有侧重,应实行以市场配置资源、政府主导的旅游业发展格局,以促进旅游业的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | As a "young industry",the steady and rapid development of the tourism depends greatly on the government instruction and support.This is decided by the character of tourism and the trends of its advancement.There ate three different phases of the tourism development after the reform and open,and each has its own emphasis of every tourism policy.We should carry on the new development pattern which is market-oriented and government plays the guide role. |
