| 摘 要： | 常用资源均衡指标有其不足,应对资源均衡指标进行改进.重新定义新指标的分类划分标准,构建资源均衡动态控制指标的计算方法,可避免资源消耗曲线出现频繁、严重的高峰或低谷及资源消耗强度突破资源供给能力等情况的发生,使工程施工中资源使用量尽量保持均衡,以有效地控制工程成本和费用,保证施工质量和进度.

| Abstract: | A new idea was put forward that is the classificatory criteria of the new indices and computational method of the dynamic indices are redefined.The new one index can efficiently avoid the frequent consumption curve,the peak or trough serious resource consumption intensity,such as supply capacity exceeding the resources of the occurrence of engineering resources,thus the uses of the recourses will be kept balance to control the cost and ensure the quality and schedule of the engineering. |
